ILLUSTRATION

Having studied Art & Design at college between 1995 and 1997, I rather took my foot off the gas with regard to my illustrations when I began my career in graphic design. However, I rekindled my passion for it in 2008 and have slowly but surely got the old creative juices flowing and, like my photography, hope to soon be in a position to explore the possibilities of selling selected works, once I have filled my portfolio a little more.

I see illustration as a nice diversion from the daily tasks that are presented in the graphic design studio, yet I get the same buzz from creating something visually appealing as I do from my digital artwork.

I tend to work in pencil mainly, as you'll see from the samples in my portfolio, but I'm hoping to rediscover painting in 2009, so any worthy samples are sure to find their way onto this page.
